This machine is used to bend plain round rebar and Ribbed Rebar (Reinforced Rebar). It is designed and manufactured according to profession standard JGFFφ81--1996. It can bend any shape steel need in the project. Accordingly it can reduce worker's labor intensity and enhance the production efficiency. Furthermore, this machine has the characteristics of ease operation, security, reliability, the steady performance.

GW40 Reinforcing Bar Bending Machine is mainly composed by the transmission part, the rack, the curving jig (appendix), the electrical machinery and so on. Its transmission principle is transmission power to two levels of spur gears by the electrical machinery through the leather belt and then to the second level of gear vice- center driven gear then to worm and then to worm wheel with main axle though screw thread. Thus work disk on the outside of main axle gets the power and provides the kinetic moment for the bending process.
